Kasakai Swimwear does not offer refunds on any purchases. We will gladly accept swimsuits for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. All exchanges must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one piece), unwashed and with original hang tags attached within 21 days. Exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at kasakaiswimwear.com must first e-mail kasakai Swimwear at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number. The merchandise must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging and clearly, write your exchange authorization number on the outside of your package. If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to sender. Please package suit securely with labels intact.
All exchanges must include the original shipping label, original packaging, and an exchange authorization number.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange include the following:
1. Suit did not fit properly
2. Suit received was wrong style, color, fabric, or size.
3. Manufacturer’s defect
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
